Terri joined Hoyt Properties, Inc. in 1984 as the onsite manager of Thresher Square, a 118,000 square foot office renovation in downtown Minneapolis. In 1988, Terri’s duties expanded to include the supervision of a diversified portfolio of over three million square feet of office and industrial property. In July of 1997 Terri was promoted to President of Hoyt Properties. Terri’s ability to build strong tenant relationships has enabled Hoyt Properties to retain many tenants for over 25 years. Terri focuses not only on the tenant relationship and their space needs, but works with tenants to find ways that Hoyt Properties can help their business succeed.
Prior to joining Hoyt Properties, Terri attended Ohio State University and was a flight attendant for Kuwait Airways. Terri is a member of the Minnesota Chapter National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Organization of Commercial Realtors, and Commercial Real Estate Women of Minnesota. Terri is passionate about her volunteer work with Bridging, Inc., Suicide Awareness Volunteer Education (SAVE), and Women Together Against MS. Terri attended and received her certification as an etiquette consultant and instructor from the Protocol School of Washington.
