Since 2002 Steve has been involved in over 200 sale/lease transactions ranging from 200 square feet to 100,000 square feet, and $500,000 to over $50,000,000 respectively. Currently Steve is resonsible for approximately 2,000,000 square feet of space in the Twin Cities Metro area.

Steve is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Minnesota and he is also a member with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), as well as the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).
