Matt joined Hoyt Properties in January of 2009, bringing with him a great deal of interest and expertise in the area of Investment Acquisitions and Dispositions. He approaches each client with the same solid philosophy: By building strong relationships between lenders and investors, one can make the process of acquiring and owning real estate more efficient.
Matt currently works with a broad range of clients to identify solid investment opportunities and assist with their acquisition and disposition needs. He also assists with the leasing and sales of commercial properties and aids tenants and business owners with their real estate needs. By focusing on identifying his client’s needs and walking them through the entire process, he continues to successfully achieve above and beyond the goals of his clients. He maintains a proven track record in the industry that has given him a reputable name.
Prior to joining Hoyt Properties, Matt was employed by a small commercial real estate firm, where he successfully closed on over 30 transactions and made innumerable contacts. His focus was, and continues to be, on developing strong relationships with clients and assisting them in their search to lease and/or purchase property.
Matt received his Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas, and developed an interest in real estate during his studies, while serving an internship at CB Richard Ellis in their Multi-Unit Housing and Global Corporate Services divisions. He is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).
