Marc has been a respected member of the commercial real estate industry since 1986. His emphasis is in the area of sales, leasing and development within the office, industrial, multi-family and retail markets. Marc prides himself on being relationship driven, rather than product driven. Therefore, his broad knowledge base can be utilized. His clientele ranges from large corporate and/or institutional to small local investors/users of commercial real estate.

Marc is extremely well versed in the process of lease, sale and development transactions of all types. His values and professionalism put the focus on the relationship and needs of the client, and strives to facilitate transactions that will lay the foundation for strong business relations between the parties and enhanced results for his clients.

Marc is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), where he consistently chairs or is active on several subcommittees. He is also a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Marc was part of a team that earned the 1993 NAIOP Award for Creative Transaction of the Year, which involved the redevelopment of a hazardous Superfund Site for the creation of a 360,000 square foot operations center for a large financial institution. Since then he has consistently been involved with a variety of notable transactions in the marketplace. He is an active member of the Certified Commercial Investment (CCIM) organization, has completed all necessary course work, and has exceeded the volume of transactions necessary for the CCIM designation. Marc is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management.
