Jeff services clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate investment opportunities. Jeff is responsible for facilitating and increasing partner relationships with lenders, principals, and brokers to continue to enable his clients to effectively source and efficiently close on selected assets. Jeff has a deep understanding of the market, clearly defines clients’ goals, aggressively pursues the solution, and systematically ensures success with each transaction, which helps develop long term relationships with clients. In addition, Jeff assists landlords, tenants, builders, and developers with their real estate needs.

Prior to Hoyt Properties, Jeff was a successful agent at a smaller commercial real estate brokerage firm where he specialized in working with entry level real estate investors closing over $75 million worth of real estate transactions. It was at this point he realized his desire to move into larger commercial real estate buildings to help his clients take the next successful step with their real estate assets.

Jeff is licensed real estate professional in the State of Minnesota, and a current member in the following organizations:
